Cold Plunges

Automatic filtrationRotating deep clean
  • Our Morozko cold plunges use chlorine-free ozone disinfection and sediment microfiltration that runs automatically, without harsh or toxic chemicals.
  • Every plunge is on a rotating cleaning regimen: drained, wet vacuumed, wiped down with a light eco-friendly cleaner, fitted with a clean filter, and refilled.
  • Each plunge is built to handle about a hundred plunges, and every plunge gets a full clean after large events.

Saunas

Nightly
  • All saunas are cleaned every night: sprayed with eco-friendly cleaner and wiped down thoroughly.
  • Doors are left open and fans run to keep the saunas fresh and aired out.

Yoga Room

  • The floor is vacuumed and organized twice a day.
  • The floor is deep cleaned with eco-friendly sanitizer twice a week.
  • All equipment is thoroughly cleaned with eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaner every Saturday.
  • Bolsters and blankets are cleaned bi-monthly.

Red Light Lounge

  • All lights and benches are sprayed and wiped down daily with eco-friendly cleaners.
  • All eyewear is wiped down after each use.

  • Every Monday and Thursday, all chairs, lights, compression boots, and other Green Room items are cleaned with non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaners.
  • The room is deep cleaned after all large events.

Saltwater Jacuzzi

Monthly filtersFull drain every 6 to 8 weeks
  • The jacuzzi is purged and fully drained every six to eight weeks, and the shell is scrubbed with vinegar and a small amount of eco-friendly cleaner.
  • Filters are removed and cleaned monthly.
  • Salt cells are cleaned monthly.

Bathrooms

Inspected all day
  • Bathrooms are inspected frequently throughout the day.
  • Toilets are cleaned daily with Lysol toilet bowl cleaner and Lysol spray.
  • Floors, mirrors, sinks, and countertops are cleaned daily with eco-friendly cleaner.
  • If an inspection calls for it, bathrooms are cleaned more often.

Whole Studio

Daily checklists
  • Staff use daily checklists so nothing gets skipped.
  • Windows and glass are cleaned daily.
  • Floors are cleaned daily, and wet floors are cleaned as they are used.
  • Frequently touched surfaces are wiped down daily.

What We Clean With

  • Simple Green: eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaner.
  • For bathrooms and glass: Lysol toilet bowl cleaner, Lysol spray, Lysol wipes, and glass cleaner.
