If you opt in to receive text messages from Yoga Cold Bath, including through our in-studio or online onboarding, we may send you messages about your membership, personalized circuit plan, visit reminders, check-ins and studio updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Memberships, Bookings, and Purchases
Memberships, classes, and other purchases are booked and processed through our third-party booking platform, Momence, and are subject to the membership terms, pricing, cancellation policies, and liability waiver presented at checkout or in the studio. Promotional offers are valid only for the dates and terms stated in the offer.
Health and Safety
Content on our website is for general information only and is not medical advice. Sauna, cold plunge, light therapy, compression, and yoga may not be appropriate for everyone. Consult your physician before starting, especially if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or any other medical condition. Participation in studio services requires a signed waiver, and you are responsible for following staff instructions and posted guidelines.
