Things are heating up just in time for a VERY cool summer.

What started as a vision between two people with a passion for wellness is now coming to life—thanks to the hard work of the True Performance Construction team. Our new studio will have plenty of space designed for movement, mindfulness and a total reset. Opening this summer…and we’re almost there. Stay tuned!!
