Station One

Yoga.

Our yoga classes are designed for real life, whether you're recovering from workouts, managing stress, improving mobility, or simply looking to slow down. Flow, Heated Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Foam Roller Recovery, and beginner-friendly classes, all focused on movement, breathwork, flexibility, and nervous-system recovery in a welcoming community environment.

Station Two

Green Light Therapy.

Down-regulate under green wavelengths that calm the nervous system, ease headaches, and lower inflammatory markers. Often called “forest bathing,” this is a quiet reset before you move on to heat, cold, or compression.

Station Three

Pneumatic Compressions.

Station Four

Sauna.

Real Swedish-style dry heat. No infrared shortcut. Stones, cedar, and 150–190°F that open your pores, raise your heart rate, and prepare your body for the plunge that's coming.

Hot Tub.

Salt-water immersion with buoyancy that unloads joints and eases muscle tightness. Hydrotherapy at its simplest: warm water, reduced gravity, and a full-body exhale after heat or before cold.

Station Seven

Red Light Therapy.
